Learn how to create an OVHcloud account.
To use OVHcloud servers, you must create an account. This can be done before or during the order process for your first OVHcloud service.

Creating an account
To create an account with OVHcloud, visit our login page and fill out the I'm new to OVHcloud US form. For tips on password best practices, please see this guide. Once you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, click Create an account
.
After you have completed this form, a one-time code will be sent to the email address you have entered.
Check your email for the one-time code, enter it into the spaces provided, and click Submit
.
If you did not receive the email containing the code, follow these steps:
- Check the spam folder of your email account.
- Try the "click here to receive again the code" link.
- Use a different email address by clicking the "Change email address" link.
Once you have entered the code and validated your email address, fill in the rest of your contact information and click Create an account
.
Once you have created your account, you will automatically be logged in to your account dashboard.
What is my Customer Code?
Each OVHcloud customer account is associated with a unique ID called a Customer Code.
You will need it to:
- place orders online,
- manage all of your services via the OVHcloud Control Panel, or
- identify your customer account when you contact OVHcloud support, so that they can answer your queries.
To find your Customer Code in the OVHcloud Control Panel select your name
in the upper-right corner and then your initials
.
The My profile box contains your Customer Code, for example: 0123-000-01.
