Authorizing IP Addresses for vCenter Access
If you have set the vCenter access policy to "Restricted", you need to add the IP addresses that will be allowed to connect to the service. In your OVHcloud Control Panel, click Bare Metal Cloud at the top of the page. Then, select your service under Managed Bare Metal on the left-hand sidebar. From the main page of the service, navigate to the Security tab and click Add a new IP address range.
In the new window, enter an IP address range that should be allowed access to vCenter. You can also add a description to make the organization of the whitelist easier.
Once you have confirmed the information is correct, click Confirm to apply your changes. Connections from this IP address range will now be possible.

Having read this article, you should be able to authorize IP addresses for access to your vCenter environment.
