Learn how to cancel a dedicated server commitment or service from the OVHcloud Control Panel.
WARNING: Any additional IPs or licenses attached to your server will need to be deleted separately. Not doing so will incur the continued cost of using these services, including parking fees for the Additional IPs.

Canceling a commitment
You can cancel the commitment on a dedicated server from the OVHcloud Control Panel. Navigate to the Dedicated servers section via the Bare Metal Cloud menu and select your service from the list.
In the General information tab, look at the My offer panel. Click Cancel commitment →.
On the next screen, you can choose a cancellation method.
NOTE: The chosen method will take effect after your current commitment ends.
Cancel your commitment and end your service on the expiry date.Cancel your current commitment and switch to a commitment-free subscription.
After making your choice, click Yes, cancel.
Undoing a commitment cancellation
If you change your mind about your cancellation, you can undo the action from the My offer panel.
Click Undo cancellation → and confirm the action in the pop-up.
Canceling a service
You can cancel your dedicated server service from the OVHcloud Control Panel. Navigate to the Dedicated servers section in the Bare Metal Cloud menu, then select your service from the list.
On the General information tab, look at the My offer panel, and click Terminate my service.
In the pop-up window, you can choose a cancellation method.

Cancel service now: Choosing this will cancel your service immediately.

Cancel service: Choosing this will cancel the renewal for your server. It will remain available in your account until the end of the current billing period.
After making your choice, click Confirm.
