Purchase orders
A purchase order is generated when you place an order or your services renew. It lists the products ordered, their price, and any reductions or promo offers that have been applied.
Access orders via the OVHcloud Control Panel
There are two ways to view your orders in the OVHcloud Control Panel: through the Dashboard or the My account page.
On the Dashboard page in the OVHcloud Control Panel, click View my orders ➡.
In the OVHcloud Control Panel click your name in the upper-right corner and then your initials in the panel along the right edge. Then select My orders on the left-side menu.
On this page is a table of your previous orders showing:
- the Date on which the order was placed,
- the Order number,
- the order Status, and
- the purchase/renewal Amount with VAT.
The various order statuses are listed below:
| Status | Definition |
|---|---|
| Payment not received | Your order was never completed and no payment was received. No further charges will be attempted. A new order will need to be submitted. |
| Validation | Your order is in the process of being verified manually by our internal services. The validation will be complete once this step is finalized. You can see more about the validation process in this guide. |
| Being processed | Your order is in the process of being delivered - please wait. Depending on the service you have ordered, this step may last anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days. |
| Complete | You have received your order and your access details have been sent to you by email (if access details are required). |
| Cancelled | Your order has been canceled, services will not be delivered, and the preauthorization of the cost of the order will be reversed. This status also appears on purchase orders that were not finalized. |
You can view more information about a purchase order by clicking the more options ... button to the right of the order.
Selecting View order in HTML format will open the purchase order like the one shown above.
Selecting Order tracking will take you to a new screen that shows an order summary and a more detailed explanation of your order status.
